Reversing global climate disruption is a defining challenge of this century and higher education has a social and moral responsibility to rise to this challenge. Almost 700 colleges and universities have committed to model ways to eliminate greenhouse gases and to provide the knowledge and educated graduates to help society address the global warming challenge. The Climate Leadership Summit provides a unique opportunity to engage in discussion with key decision-makers at peer institutions and collaborate on ways to advance sustainability efforts on campuses across the country.

Join your fellow presidents, provosts, and financial officers in Washington to:

  • Celebrate the accomplishments of this exciting year of major milestones
  • Hear from nationally prominent speakers about policy-related challenges and opportunities
  • Recognize the innovative efforts of Climate Leadership Award winners
  • Share effective ways to address key financing challenges
  • Discuss the future direction of the ACUPCC under your leadership
