For your convenience and to minimize travel, this year's Summit directly follows AASHE's "Campus Initiatives to Catalyze a Just and Sustainable World" Conference and will be held at the Sheraton Denver Downtown.
The Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel resides at the heart of Denver's financial and business districts on the 16th Street Pedestrian Mall. The hotel offers over 1,200 rooms with downtown and mountain views that are furnished with Sheraton's exclusive, custom-designed Sweet Sleeper Bed®, wireless Internet and ergonomic desk chairs. With five dining options to choose from, including four upscale restaurants, guests will find the service and cuisine to be exceptional.

Driving Directions
Denver International Airport:
Distance from hotel: 22 miles
Drive time: 30 minutes
Directions: Head east on Pena Boulevard. Turn left at Gun Club Road. Take the first left toward and then onto E. 78th Avenue. Take the ramp onto Pena Boulevard. Take exit 282 to merge onto I-225 S toward Colorado Springs/Aurora. Take exit 10 for US-40/US-287/Colfax Avenue. Turn right at US-287 N/US-40 W/E Colfax Avenue/I-70 BUS W. Slight right at 15th Street, then take the second right onto Court Place. The Sheraton Denver Downtown will be on the right.
Travel
Plan to arrive Tuesday afternoon, October 12, to register for the Summit. The Summit will begin promptly at 6:00pm on Tuesday evening.
If you will be flying out of Denver International Airport on Wednesday, be sure to book your flight no earlier than 6:00pm to allow for transportation, flight check-in and possible delays.

Prices range from $2 to $4.50 (RTD asks that riders have exact change)
Travel time: 1 hour 10-30 minutes
When taking RTD transportation from the airport, walk to Denver International Airport (DIA) East: Island #5. Board Bus AF Cold Spring AF via Downtown. Exit at 30th and Downing Station. Transfer to Bus 38 Applewood 38 via 38th. Exit at California Street and 17th Street. Walk west to 16th Street Mall and Court Place. The Sheraton Denver Downtown is at 1550 Court Place.
Taxi
A flat rate charge of $54.50 is in effect for taxi to the Downtown area. Taxi fares include a $3.50 airport access fee. Taxis pick-up and drop-off from Jeppesen Terminal Level 5, Island 1, outside doors 507-511 (east side) and 506-510 (west side).
